Bernard Kelly has performed a broad spectrum of musical works from Classical, Jazz, Broadway and Gospel genres. A graduate of Houston’s High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA), Bernard spent the early years of his career performing studio session work for local artists. He’s a current member of the Houston Ebony Opera Guild, and has worked with various artists including the Phillip Hall Singers and Texas Master Chorale. In 2023 Bernard made his professional operatic debut as Kaspar, in “Amahl and the Night Visitors”. He hopes to continue this new found momentum as more opportunities arise.
