HOW TO STREAM “HEROES”

Requirements to stream “HEROES”: wifi/internet access & a desktop/laptop computer or a mobile device. Please note that as an OH! 2021-22 Season subscriber you will be automatically registered for this online streaming event.

TO START STREAMING HEROES, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1: Open you email from Decameron Opera Coalition (noreply@ticketspice.com). If you cannot find this email, please be sure to check you spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please email boxoffice@operaintheheights.org

STEP 2: Scroll down and click on “ACESS ONLINE EVENT”.

STEP 3: This will direct you to a new window. To start streaming “HEROES”, click “ACCESS VIRTUAL EVENT”. Click “TEXT” if you wish to stream via your mobile device. Click “EMAIL” if you wish to send your ticket to a different email.

STEP 4: To view a different episode, hover over to the “MEDIA” list, and choose a different episode. You can find this list to the right of the media player or by scrolling down if viewing via your mobile device.

STEP 5: Enjoy! All episodes will be ready to stream Friday, October 1 at 12:01am PT / 3:01am ET / 9:01am CET. If you wish to view a past episode, just click from the episodes list. All episodes will remain available to stream on-demand until December 31st, 2021.
