Outreach
Opera in the Heights offers a number of outreach programs both in Lambert Hall and off-site at a venue of your choice.  We have programs for elementary through college classes as well as for groups of senior citizens at recreation centers and concerts or full performances of our current opera.  Check the links above for specific information about each type of program then call the office to discuss details.



Pre-Opening Night Lecture for Current Opera Production
Want to know more about the opera you are coming to see?  Join us for a friendly gathering to find out what the opera is all about.
Who:   Anyone wanting to spend an informal, fun-filled evening with a group of opera lovers, who are interested in learning about the up-coming opera
What:   A informative, entertaining multi-media lecture by Mrs. Ann Thompson, Houston's pre-eminent opera lecturer. 
When:   Wednesday before each opening night at 7:30 PM.
Where:   In the Thompson home, 1517 Bracher. Please call the office for reservations and directions.
How Much:   $5 per person
